New! Pilates sessions for Cyclists and Runners starts September 10th.

As well as the usual Pilates fundamentals that help with back and joint pain; improving general alignment, posture and strength. The focus will be on improving strength in the areas that we use most for our chosen sports, improving posture whilst we’re carrying them out which helps to preserve energy (should make you faster!), managing and preventing injuries and stretching out the areas we over use.
