Chair Based Pilates

This session is perfect for :

  • The less mobile client who finds getting up from the floor a challenge
  • Those rehabbing post op, or with chronic injuries
  • Elderly clients who don’t have the confidence to attend a regular mat class

The exercises will range from: Seated to standing positions, Strategies to help you up from the floor, balance, strengthening and flexibility of joints and using weights and resistance bands to help with Bone health/ Osteoporosis.

All the variety you’d usually gain from a Pilates Mat class, just using chairs!
