Live Q+A Health Webinars

With UK Leading Hormone Experts ..

Over the last 3 years, I have been on a very personal journey that’s led to studying Hormones and the impact they have on every function of both our physical and cognitive being.

Both for men and women.

Hormone imbalances can have a devasting effect on our health, as well as our family life.

It’s a confusing world, one that most GP’s can only just scrape the surface of.

  • Thyroid Function
  • Autoimmune Disease
  • Perimenopause
  • Menopause
  • Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) and Surgical Menopause
  • Testosterone deficiency
  • Diabetes

We are often left without the essential knowledge that we need to manage our long term care, let alone the psychological support that is often so needed.

Along this journey, due to my job as a Movement Specialist and fascination in Human Biology,  I have had the fortune to be able to access some of the most amazing Professors and Specialists in their field.

With the help of these specialists and lot of medication, I am eternally grateful to be the best version of me that I can be and armed with enough knowledge to understand what the right (Optimum) levels are for me, to make me function correctly.

But, it’s taken me 3 years – So for someone who’s not into ‘Body Work’ – Where do you begin?

I’m now in a position to share my experiences to help others who are struggling with Hormone related issues and the lack of support that is readily available.

One being the fabulous Karen Grinter who runs Northants Pilates and also happened to be my Mentor when I was training to become a Pilates Teacher.

Karen too has been on her own journey and has a passion to help woman care for, improve and understand  Bone Health issues, pre and post Menopause and what lifestyle changes can be applied to improve bone density, to avoid what can be life changing fractures.

Karen often runs Webinars with Health Professionals for her clients.

So it was a no brainer for us to team up with our experiences, hosting Q&A Webinars with some of the most amazing GP’s, Professors and Experts in their field, to help bring awareness and understanding to the incredibly complicated world of Hormones and the effects on mental and physical wellbeing.
