Cycling and running specific sessions are set up to help prevent injury by mobilising and strengthening the body parts that are put under strain or under used.
Along with strengthening the parts we require for our chosen sport and in the way we need them to be used.
Postural awareness will be key, if the body is used within the correct alignment we can gain more power with less energy. This means better efficiency and can only help us to improve.
