About Claire

Claire is a Body Control Pilates teacher, a student teacher trainer and a Back4Good® Low Back Pain practitioner, who is hugely passionate about movement as a remedy for all ailments, whether it be physical or mental.

Body Control Pilates is widely recognised as being one of Europe’s largest training bodies, offering an unrivaled teacher training courses in terms of its breadth and depth of content.

Claire has expanded her training to cover Bone Health, Sports performance, Neurological diseases, Pre and postnatal and exercise planning for older clients.

In her spare time, Claire is also passionate about all things cycling, having competed in mountain events such as the Maratona and Etape du Tour (Stages of the Giro and Tour De France)

Recognising the importance of taking as much care of the mind as well as the body has led Claire in the direction of practicing mindfulness.  

Kath has been a huge help with this evolving journey so it’s with great pleasure we can offer you a one day retreat, combining both our expertise and passions together to offer you an escape from the technology filled, demanding and ever-increasing maddening world.

About Kath

Kath offers treatments and workshops for health, wellbeing, and fun. Kath trained as a Complementary Therapist 17 years ago and after running her own practice decided to train as a teacher so that she could share her knowledge. Kath has taught Reflexology and Massage at Abingdon and Witney college since then and has more recently focussed on stress relief, meditation and mindfulness.
