Mixed ability sessions are ideal if you’ve previously practised Pilates.
The classes and exercises are more dynamic to challenge stamina and strength as well as continued focus on improving alignment and range of movement.
Various equipment will be added to the sessions to add to the challenge as well as to aid with alignment and postural awareness.
Such as; foam rollers, overballs, toning balls, balance equipment and bands of varying tension for closed chain movement and strength work.
Exercises can be modified pending on your condition and your current ability.
