Beginners Pilates

Perfect if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, carrying injuries or looking to rebuild confidence in your movement.

Healthy Backs Pilates

This specialised class is ideal if you’re experiencing chronic or acute back pain, osteoporosis, scoliosis, or other persistent conditions where gentle, personalised prescription movement is essential. Led by a fully trained Back4Good® Practitioner, these sessions follow NHS-endorsed guidelines for pain management and recovery.
