Claire is a fully qualified Back4Good® Practitioner, specialising in safe, effective exercise for managing and preventing back pain.

With her advanced clinical training, Claire designs tailored one-to-one sessions that focus on improving spinal health, restoring mobility, and building strength in a way that supports your lifestyle.

Working 1-2-1 with Claire means you’ll receive

Claire’s goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things you love – safely and with confidence.

We typically design your full home program by session 3, and then work through it during the final 2 sessions.

Next Steps After the Program

Once you’ve completed the Low Back Pain Program, you’ll be in a great place to join our group classes with adaptations tailored to you, and continue strengthening your back with long-term support.
