With a deep passion for learning and the mechanics of the human body, Claire specialises in areas such as sporting performance, Parkinson’s disease, breath work, menopause transition, and foot mechanics.
For over a decade, she has supported Body Control Pilates® teacher trainees as a mentor and co-facilitator and now leads her own community and online wellness programmes through The Menopause Couch© Ltd, supporting women navigating menopause and midlife health.
